Incisions are made in the coronal area between one and four o'clock
and eight and eleven o'clock. A plane is developed on Buck's Fascia, the
deep fascia of the penis. The plane is developed under the proximal portion
of the glans and the entire length of the penile shaft. Seen in this picture
is the Furlow Inserter through a pocket as it is about to be used to insert
the graft on top of the Buck's Fasica.
